No.F.17/14/03/AR :- In partial modification of this Department's Notifications No.F.17/6/2001/AR dated the 3rd October, 2001 and in exercise of the powers conferred under section 2(a) of the Delhi Right to Information Act, 2001 (Delhi Act No.7 of 2001), the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby makes the following amendments in Annexure - I appended thereto for the purpose of the said Act in respect of the Food and Supplies Department , Govt of N.C.T.of Delhi :-
AMENDMENTS
In Annexure-I to the said Notification dated the 3rd October 2001,for the entry in the last column under the heading (Competent Authority) against Serial No. 29 (Department of Food and Supplies) , the following entries shall be substituted , namely :-
